What you'll do

• Maintain project trackers, roadmaps, and databases
• follow up on cross-functional action items and identify bottlenecks
• support request intake and triage
• coordinate global meetings and capture minutes and follow-ups
• assist with change management and user adoption for internal tools
• prepare executive presentations and reports
• gather, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data
• serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
