What you'll do

• Greet patients and answer questions
• assist with check-ins using a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet
• maintain the waiting area
• work in the lobby and draw room to cover breaks
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures
• maintain records and documentation
• protect patient information.
