The Assistant Executive Director role is onsite at Dimensions Living Kenosha in Kenosha, WI. The posted salary range is $50,000–$67,000 per year. The role supports a 36-bed assisted living and memory care community serving seniors and their families. Working with the Executive Director, the Assistant Executive Director helps lead community operations, resident-care quality, regulatory compliance, team development, and financial performance. The position also provides leadership and administrative direction when the Executive Director is absent and supports continuous improvement across the community.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Executive Director on operational strategies and day-to-day operations
• provide leadership in the Executive Director’s absence
• oversee assigned departments and leaders
• build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
• support quality assurance, audits, survey preparation, compliance, and policies
• assist with training, coaching, budgets, financial reporting, census goals, and operational efficiency.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration and at least two years of assisted living experience required. Must be willing and able to obtain Wisconsin Executive Director licensure or certification. Leadership experience is strongly preferred but not required.
