Sope Line Coordinator

The Sope Line Coordinator is an onsite position in Mira Loma, CA, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. The role supports the Packaging team and reports to the Production Supervisor. This coordinator organizes production-line work and helps keep packaging operations safe, compliant, and on schedule. The role oversees machinery and materials, checks product and order quality, coordinates line clearances and changeovers, and supports team members through training and troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Organize and direct production-line personnel
• operate production machinery
• ensure required materials and supplies are available
• inspect product quality and package finished products to specifications
• verify code dates, case counts, and pallet configurations
• follow food-safety, quality, and safety procedures
• perform line clearances and assist with equipment changeovers
• audit completed orders
• train and troubleshoot with Packaging team members
• and assist with housekeeping and shift cleanup.
