Assistant Reconstruction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with reconstruction project coordination from start to completion
• communicate with customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and vendors
• schedule subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and project activities
• visit job sites to monitor progress
• help ensure work follows approved scope and estimate
• flag scope changes
• assist with bids and pricing
• maintain project records
• track timelines
• support walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout.
