What you'll do

• Lead and coach service technicians and coordinators
• manage scheduling, job prioritization, turnaround time, labor utilization, and profitability
• monitor team KPIs
• develop team capabilities through training
• improve shop organization, tooling, SOPs, and workflow
• champion safety
• review inspection and field service reports
• support service quoting
• collaborate with sales on customer presentations, visits, and business development
• maintain customer relationships
• conduct team meetings and participate in goal setting.
