What you'll do

• Interpret blueprints, conceptual drawings, specifications, scope descriptions, contracts, and related documents
• prepare estimates, proposals, cost information, and schedules
• operate computerized bidding systems
• manage bid requests
• determine project duration and value
• review budgets
• monitor subcontractor solicitation and coverage
• lead project turnover meetings
• evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids
• develop subcontractor lists
• manage the bid process through submission.
