Director of Technical Service

The Director of Technical Service role is in person in Centennial, CO. Pay is $170,000–$205,000 per year. The director builds and operates the technical service organization, improving service outcomes and using field data to inform equipment selection, system design, installation standards, and training across multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop technical service staff
• own callback, first-time fix, and resolution metrics
• build remote triage and diagnostics
• manage service capacity, dispatch, and on-call coverage
• administer warranties and manufacturer claims
• feed field failure data into equipment and installation practices
• coordinate service recovery and parts strategy
• serve as final technical escalation authority
• and report service and warranty metrics to leadership.
