The Russian-Speaking Caregiver (Home Care) role is onsite in Plano, TX, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. The caregiver follows each client’s plan of care and provides personal assistance, companionship, and practical support at home, while communicating changes and updates to families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• follow assigned plans of care
• assist with mobility and transfers, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• provide culturally respectful, Russian-language-matched care
• report changes in client condition
• maintain accurate care records and confidentiality
• and communicate updates with families and the care team.

Why this role

Conversational Russian is required; basic-to-conversational English is noted. At least one year of caregiving experience is requested, and CNA, HHA, or PCA credentials are a plus but not required.
