What you'll do

• Inspect buildings and equipment
• perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• complete minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• maintain safety records and inventory
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside regular hours.
