What you'll do
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present breakfast and brunch items
- operate grill stations and prepare a la carte orders as needed
- read line tickets
- clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- attend assigned food-safety training
- follow HACCP procedures
- assist with inventory receiving as needed
- monitor food temperatures and help clean the kitchen.
