Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC) is a remote, part-time role that can be performed from home or the therapist’s own office anywhere in Virginia; compensation is based on a 60/40 split, with the therapist receiving 60% of amounts billed to insurance. MySpectrum provides outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across mental health, substance use, autism, and whole-life needs. The therapist provides virtual 45–60-minute sessions, completes assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, and contributes clinical input on strategies and services. The role supports access to therapy for clients who may face barriers to in-person care and helps build an established client base.

What you'll do

• Provide therapy virtually in 45–60-minute sessions

• maintain a HIPAA-protected workspace and high-speed internet
• provide at least seven sessions per week.
