Lead Water Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Lead Water Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Perrysburg, OH, and pays $22–$25 per hour, plus overtime and an on-call bonus. The technician supports Cousino Restoration & Environmental’s emergency response and restoration services across Ohio and Michigan. The role performs mitigation and restoration work at customer properties affected by water, fire, mold, or weather. By extracting water, drying and cleaning materials, handling belongings, and supporting restoration projects, the technician helps customers recover damaged homes and businesses.

What you'll do

• Drive company vehicles safely
• load and inventory equipment and customer property
• provide mitigation services for fire, mold, water, and weather damage
• clean, pack, move, inventory, and store belongings
• perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, remediation, deodorization, demolition, and debris removal
• take moisture readings
• set up and monitor equipment
• assist trades workers, crew leaders, and project managers
• complete work orders and paperwork.

Why this role

Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR required. Restoration experience and IICRC certifications are preferred but not required. Work may involve standing water, sewage, fire damage, smoke, mold, and other organic growth; PPE is provided.
