What you'll do

• Support daily activities such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and occasional field trips
• build respectful relationships with children
• reinforce classroom safety, routines, and behavioral expectations
• facilitate learning through observation, questioning, play, and discovery
• adapt strategies and materials to children’s needs
• welcome children and support transitions
• provide age-appropriate care, including feeding, dressing, and diapering as needed
• model hygiene and healthy eating habits.
