What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• develop recruitment strategies for Paola and regional markets
• work with department leaders on hiring needs and job descriptions
• coordinate onboarding
• maintain HR records
• support employee relations, performance management, policy enforcement, benefits administration, engagement, and compliance initiatives.
