Applied Behavior Analysis Program Manager in Long Beach, CA. This is an onsite position with a pay range of $26 - $32 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. The Program Manager of School Services conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs for assigned students identified to demonstrate significant behavioral challenges. The role exists to support students and collaborate with their educational team on implementation of behavior plans and IEP goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), develop function-based BIPs, design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols, collaborate with and train the student’s educational team, provide direct supervision to and oversight of the assigned Behavior Technician team.
