The Director of Celebrations (Activities Director) role is onsite in Dallas, Texas. Compensation is $23–$27 USD per hour. Whiterock Court is an independent living community managed by Provincial Senior Living, which focuses on enriching the lives of seniors and team members. The director develops and oversees resident lifestyle services and programs that promote health, well-being, engagement, and growth. The role leads the Celebrations department, coordinates activities and volunteers, and uses resident feedback to keep programming aligned with residents’ interests.

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct lifestyle programs and special events
• recruit and develop service resources and volunteers
• advise residents on individual and group activities
• prepare and distribute event calendars and newsletters
• coordinate the community library
• manage supplies and prepare a preliminary operating budget
• supervise coordinators and department employees
• maintain participation and satisfaction records
• develop and analyze resident surveys
• support community relations and regulatory compliance.
