What you'll do

• Respond to member, donor, and community inquiries by phone, email, and other communication methods
• process and reconcile daily gifts
• maintain donor information and CRM records
• execute scheduled database processes and distribute files
• support on-air pledge drives by preparing and verifying pledge data and campaign results
• protect confidential donor information.
