Pre-K Math Teacher and Business Operations Specialist

The Pre-K Math Teacher and Business Operations Specialist role is 100% onsite at Think Academy Silicon Valley campuses in San Jose/Cupertino, CA. The base salary is $70,000–$80,000 per year, with teaching commission and performance incentives and total annual earning potential up to $90,000. Think Academy provides extracurricular math learning programs for Pre-K–12 students. The role combines teaching young children with academic and business operations. It supports student learning and family engagement while helping improve curriculum, enrollment, retention, parent services, and the growth of the Pre-K program.

What you'll do

• Teach math and early-thinking classes to children ages 3–4
• create structured, interactive classroom activities
• observe learning and provide individualized support
• communicate progress and recommendations to parents
• work with the academic team on curriculum and classroom improvements
• support trial classes, enrollment, onboarding, retention, parent services, events, local marketing, and special program-development projects.
