Shop Supervisor

Job overview

The Shop Supervisor role is onsite in Glenwood, MN; pay is $33–$38 per hour. The supervisor oversees shop personnel and processes and coordinates activities to meet production schedules at TC/American Crane Company.

What you'll do

• Oversee personnel and processes across assigned shop areas, which may include receiving and shipping, stock room, paint, assembly, welding, quality, fabrication, or machine shop. Coordinate work to meet production schedules
• contribute to customer-order quoting, scheduling, and planning
• plan efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
• monitor product quality, documentation, inspections, and labor hours
• support safety and employee training
• and promote continuous improvement.
