What you'll do

• Verify the plan of care with the RN before visits
• collaborate with physicians and RNs and report changes in patient condition
• teach self-care techniques
• check vital signs
• review medications and reconcile them at each visit
• perform physician-ordered procedures
• prepare treatment materials using aseptic technique
• complete documentation accurately and promptly.
