What you'll do

• Manage regional loss prevention operations, schedules, and technician performance
• develop and oversee the loss prevention team
• oversee video surveillance and internal audits
• use training and audits to prevent merchandise loss
• investigate theft and fraud and coordinate with police on prosecution
• conduct safety assessments
• partner with HR, Legal, and field leaders on investigations and action plans
• maintain security systems and represent the company in business-related legal activities.
