Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Enter vendor invoices in Workday and claim invoices in CMS
• sort and distribute invoices
• review expense reports for coding
• audit and prepare travel per diems
• communicate corrections and information requests to field offices
• respond to vendor and customer claim calls and emails
• research payment information
• add vendors and request vendor information
• assist with check mailing, voids, reissues, and unclaimed property requests
• maintain rent files and enter rents
• support special projects.
