What you'll do

• Prospect and negotiate service contracts through presentations and other approaches
• meet service portfolio and repair growth targets in the assigned territory
• qualify and pursue leads to generate recurring maintenance revenue
• understand market and customer needs to present tailored solutions
• build elevator and escalator product knowledge with operations and sales management
• manage opportunities and pipeline in sales tools and provide accurate forecasts.
