Behavior Director

The Behavior Director works onsite at the Hope Learning Center’s campus in Mars, Pennsylvania. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the center’s educational and therapeutic services for children with special needs in the North Pittsburgh region. The director leads behavior programming across the campus, provides clinical leadership and staff supervision, and partners with a multidisciplinary team to support student goals. The role oversees behavior plans, ABA skill acquisition programming, data systems, quality and compliance, assessment, and staff development.

What you'll do

• Direct behavior services and develop, implement, and evaluate programming
• oversee Positive Behavior Support Plans, ABA skill acquisition plans, data systems, and procedures
• ensure quality, compliance, and implementation fidelity
• partner with students, families, faculty, staff, and leadership
• oversee data collection for IEP goals and ABA targets
• supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates
• train staff on assessment tools and crisis prevention practices.
