What you'll do

• Meet with clients about estate-planning goals and circumstances
• research legal and tax issues
• develop planning strategies
• draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and related documents
• assist with estate and trust administration
• prepare and review gift and estate tax returns
• track deadlines and filings
• maintain client files and matter records
• collaborate with attorneys and paralegals.
