What you'll do

• Work with 2–4 strategic customer teams to deploy and configure the SRE Agent
• build reusable agent tools, connectors, and skills
• run pilots, gather evaluation data, identify blockers, and implement production fixes
• integrate with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD, and observability platforms
• define technical roadmaps across assigned accounts and provide architectural guidance
• travel 25–50% during active customer engagements.
