What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• update patient and insurance information and verify eligibility
• collect payments
• prepare and assist with appointment paperwork
• answer patient questions
• scan and attach reports to electronic medical records
• check patients out and schedule follow-up appointments
• handle phone calls and closing duties
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
