Direct Support Professional — Western Region

Job overview

The Direct Support Professional role is full-time and onsite in Oxford, ME; compensation is $18 per hour. The professional supports members’ independence, self-determination, community participation, and personal goals while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. What you'll do

• Support independence and community participation
• build supportive relationships and encourage self-advocacy

• document services and progress
• assist with personal care and household tasks
• support community activities and transportation
• follow provider recommendations and medication procedures
• report incidents
• complete required training and certifications
• maintain safety and confidentiality.
