What you'll do

• Ensure Procurement Specialist shifts are staffed
• help manage schedules and time-off requests
• review cases and donor records
• assist with staff training and orientation
• support data collection and required documentation
• serve as a subject matter expert in organ preservation, operating room navigation, and supplies
• conduct audits and chart quality assurance
• coach and mentor staff
• serve as on-call supervisor for department staffing
• travel throughout the Donor Services Area.
