What you'll do

• Provide direct care according to facility policies and care plans
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
• support meals and dietary needs
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses.

Why this role
