What you'll do

• Wash dishes and kitchen and food-preparation equipment
• maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation in the line, prep areas, storage, and walk-in
• monitor, clean, and maintain the dish machine
• return dishes to designated areas
• clean counters and floors
• remove garbage and trash
• assist with kitchen preparation when applicable
• follow timekeeping and meal-break procedures.
