What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting
• prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• provide medication reminders (not administration)
• perform housekeeping and laundry
• assist with ambulation and transfers
• monitor vital signs and report changes
• provide companionship and social engagement
• document care and follow protocols
• maintain a clean and safe environment.
