What you'll do

• Collect and interpret nutritional data
• assess patients at nutritional risk and develop care plans
• collaborate with healthcare team members on diet therapy
• complete nutrition consultations and assessments
• monitor tolerance of enteral and parenteral therapies and recommend modifications
• provide patient and family counseling as requested
• document nutrition care
• coordinate therapeutic diets, menus, supplements, and staff education with food service operations.
