What you'll do

• Represent law enforcement officers, government entities, and public officials in civil litigation
• draft and argue motions
• conduct legal research and prepare briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
• manage written discovery and take or defend depositions
• assist with trial preparation, hearings, and case strategy
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and stakeholders
• manage assigned matters independently while collaborating with attorneys.
