Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Multi-Plant Support

The Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Multi-Plant Support is an onsite, full-time role in Whitehall, MI, with travel to support multiple plants, including locations outside North America. The annual salary is $95,000–$105,000. The role supports Structural Castings and IGT procurement across North America and other plant locations. This role strengthens supply continuity and reduces supplier risk by managing sourcing contracts and procurement projects, while pursuing cost savings and process improvements. It also helps plants resolve purchasing challenges and promotes consistent, compliant procurement execution across sites.

What you'll do

• Review plant needs and statements of work to identify qualified suppliers
• draft, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders
• coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, and other partners
• track supplier performance and address risks
• manage or support sourcing for goods, services, outplant work, CAPEX, cost reduction, supplier growth, and onboarding
• coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• improve procurement processes and support plant purchasing needs, including RFQs, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation when needed.
