The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is hybrid, working in Valcor ABA’s Savannah clinic and clients’ homes on the Islands in Savannah, GA. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour based on experience. The role supports children with autism through individualized applied behavior analysis services. The RBT delivers one-to-one therapy under BCBA-designed treatment plans, implements behavior intervention plans, and records session data. Collaboration with the supervising BCBA and clinical team helps track progress and support communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings using individualized BCBA-designed treatment plans
• implement Behavior Intervention Plans accurately and consistently
• collect and record session data
• support communication, behavior, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the supervising BCBA and clinical team
• prepare session materials and adapt to client needs
• maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• participate in supervision and team meetings.
