The Network Engineer, Skill Level 2 role is primarily onsite at a contractor facility in Columbia, MD, with regular support at NBP 320 and other operational locations. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco and Arista network equipment, routers, switches, firewalls, and cryptographic devices
• configure and test equipment in a laboratory environment
• support equipment fielding at NBP 320 and remote locations
• troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, firewall, and performance issues
• perform upgrades and routine maintenance
• maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and security documentation
• support System Security Plan compliance and remediation
• participate in operational on-call support after training and familiarization
• travel occasionally OCONUS as required.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II baseline certification. Core hours are 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; occasional OCONUS travel and on-call support after training are required.
