The Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Corpus Christi, TX; compensation is not specified. What you'll do
- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments
- apply hospice admission and recertification criteria
- develop, implement, document, and revise care plans
- educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care, end-of-life care, and nutrition
- determine service scope and frequency
- assess caregiver capacity
- provide clinical direction to hospice aides and LPN/LVNs
- prepare clinical and progress notes
- communicate changes and outcomes to physicians and other personnel
- perform assigned on-call responsibilities.

Why this role
Current RN license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and valid auto insurance are required. At least two years of hospice RN experience and HomeCare HomeBase experience are preferred.
