What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for coating application methods

• plan and coordinate pilot-scale roll-to-roll experiments
• characterize films and assess electro-optical metrics and coating defects
• troubleshoot with engineers and technicians
• document best practices and transfer processes from Development to Production.
