What you'll do

• Inspect properties and document damage, including structural, electrical, and plumbing issues
• scope losses and prepare estimates using Xactimate
• coordinate with insurance adjusters on scope and approvals
• explain restoration processes, timelines, and costs to customers and adjusters
• build relationships with adjusters and develop business opportunities
• transition awarded projects to the production team.
