What you'll do

• Lead daily circulation operations across customer service, office operations, distribution, subscription marketing, revenue, expenses, and retention
• develop circulation and distribution managers
• develop subscription growth and retention strategies with the Chief Revenue Officer
• monitor circulation, revenue, expenses, delivery performance, and other KPIs
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• evaluate performance against goals and budgets
• partner with leadership, vendors, and other departments
• lead projects to improve efficiency and profitability.
