Job overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Barre, VT, at Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center. Pay is $40–$50 per hour depending on experience. What you'll do
- Assess residents and monitor health status
- administer medications and treatments according to orders, facility policies, and regulations
- develop, implement, and evaluate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- communicate changes in condition
- document assessments, medications, treatments, and responses
- coordinate with physicians, staff, residents, families, and other professionals
- support safe transitions
- use electronic health records
- follow infection prevention and safety procedures
- promote dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life
- participate in quality improvement
- provide guidance to nursing team members as appropriate.
