• Lead multiple aerospace programs and strategic initiatives
• manage integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and performance metrics
• identify and mitigate risks
• serve as a customer, supplier, and stakeholder contact
• lead cross-functional teams
• conduct program reviews and executive briefings
• mentor project managers
• improve PMO processes and reporting
• support proposals and business growth.
