What you'll do

• Follow up on purchase orders, acknowledgments, delivery commitments, and overdue orders
• expedite critical materials
• obtain supplier promise dates and escalate supply risks
• resolve routine order, quantity, pricing, and delivery discrepancies
• issue and maintain purchase orders for outside processing and maintenance, repair, and operations purchases
• coordinate supplier onboarding and documentation
• maintain supplier master data
• obtain quotations and support competitive sourcing.

Why this role

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field is preferred. Three to five years of purchasing, supply chain, planning, or manufacturing experience is preferred; ERP/MRP experience is requested.
