What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, and scheduling
• support payroll and timekeeping
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• protect assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• conduct inventory counts and reconcile daily transactions
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
