What you'll do

• Audit Point of Service tapes and journals
• prepare restaurant revenue report data
• run front-office and point-of-service audit reports
• make corrections and address computer problems during the shift
• enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports
• balance revenue and settlement accounts
• maintain files and reset systems for next-day operations
• communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
