The Caregiver role is onsite in Sparta, WI, with compensation of $21 per hour. Live Well Home Care provides in-home and community support to people who need assistance with daily living due to age, illness, or disability. Caregivers help clients follow their care plans and maintain safety, comfort, and independence. The work includes personal care, household tasks, companionship, respite, and assistance with errands and transportation as specified in the care plan.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting
• supervise the home environment for client safety
• assist with meal planning, preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship and respite care
• assist with shopping and errands as specified in the care plan
• support special diets and client communication
• report unsafe conditions to the Branch Manager
• follow written care plans and agency procedures.
