This floor-leadership role supports strong sales and a high-touch customer experience by guiding Stylists, performing services, and helping manage daily store operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and engage customers
• sell jewelry and piercing services
• perform Forever Jewelry welding and device-based ear piercings after training
• coach Stylists
• monitor service flow and floor coverage
• address customer questions and escalations
• open and close the store
• support inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
