The Janitor role is onsite in Portland, OR, at MacDonald West Apartments. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, plus a monthly $25 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. The role supports the upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community. The role contributes to a clean, orderly, and welcoming property by maintaining assigned areas and supporting the day-to-day upkeep of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking areas, and trash areas as directed by the Property Manager.

What you'll do

• Clean and maintain assigned areas as directed by the Property Manager
• help maintain buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, and light bulbs
• communicate with residents and office staff
• follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• adhere to applicable landlord-tenant, labor, and fair housing laws.
